I aim to give my clients the confidence they need to achieve their ultimate goals, promoting great physical and mental health. I educate my clients on exercise and nutrition, allowing them to make lifestyle choices to create and maintain the image and healthy body that they want and deserve.
I structure sessions around their own personal abilities and needs, designing something unique to them.
Life Coaching
I am a great believer in the power of the mind and the law of attraction. In other words, the way we think about diet and exercise. Our own thoughts and feelings can dramatically effect the way we view ourselves and consequently, the way we look. For those clients interested in looking a bit more beyond the physical aspects of personal training, and into the cognitive side, I will educate using the philosophy of the law of attraction.
