CLIENT 1 - I joined the gym in an attempt to tackle my post-pregnancy baby weight. I struggled to attend regularly and found myself a little afraid of the gym due to my low levels of confidence. I needed motivation, expert knowledge, advice and support. Louise provided just this. Louise made me feel at ease, ensured sessions were tailored to my individual needs and at a pace that I was happy with.

In the short space of time I have been having personal training sessions with Louise; I have already noticed a difference in my body shape and am so please to have lost inches too! Not only this, my confidence levels, both in and out of the gym have dramatically improved as I begin to feel healthier and happier with myself.

Louise also provides important, specific information about diet and nutrition. I now feel that my eating habits link well with my lifestyle, exercise and are, most importantly sustainable. CLIENT 2 - So I have been training with Louise Day now for at least 4 months and already I am really happy with the results so far. Before meeting Louise i was unhappy with my weight and and lost all my confidence. I couldnt find a diet that was suited to me or find the right exercise to keep me motivated. 4 months down the line I have lost 2 stone and 7lbs and I couldnt be happier with my training, I couldnt have done this without Louise. Not only has she helped me with losing weight and building my confidence back up but also to be a more positive person, she has helped me through my diet where I have learned to like foods that I wouldnt have dreamt of eating before. (i.e steak - Yuk!)

Whats great about Louise is that she gives her clients constant support and advice... Not only have I found a fantastic personal trainer that has helped me believe in myself again but I have found a true friend.

To start with I was training with Louise just once a week, but now I see Lou 3 times a week for a one-to-one session and once a week for a group fitness session. I have never been more motivated or have I enjoyed training as much as I do now... I have learned so much about myself, and see myself reaching the goals that I almost never thought possible.
