CLIENT 7 - Brilliant trainer, listened to what I wanted and gave me the programme that I needed and I'm seeing excellent results. Loving the interval training and the weights plus the boxing, which gets your heart pumping.

 

CLIENT 8 - Been training with Louise a few months now and really enjoy my sessions. She is an excellent personal trainer and always pushes me and makes me work hard to try and achieve my goals. Every session is different too which I like as you dont get bored, and each week I look forward to training with Louise. Aswell as being a great personal trainer, Louise is very friendly and down to earth and makes you feel comfortable when training. I always ache the day after too which I like as no pain no gain!
