Louise day what can I say - she is the most horrible person in the world when she is training you, she basically makes you her bitch. She has a really mean streak as well and finds ways to motivate you in hurtful ways - I lost count of the number of times she call a me tubby or fatty. I often wonder why I paid for such abuse. My self esteem has hit rock bottom and I am now looking for counselling to help get me through the week.​​

​This is a clip of me doing DTP Squats. DTP is a training method whereby you complete 300 repetitions of an exercise in one training session. This clip is set 8

​The training session is like this:
set 1 - 50 repetitions, 1 min rest, increase weight set 6 - same as set 5
set 2 - 40 repetitions, 1 min rest, increase weight set 7 - same as set 4
set 3 - 30 repetitions, 1 min rest, increase weight set 8 - same as set 3
set 4 - 20 repetitions, 1 min rest, increase weight set 9 - same as set 2
set 5 - 10 repetitions, 1 min rest, keep weight same set 10 - same as set 1
